The stupidity of some people never ceases to amaze me. This guy goes into a casino, runs out of chips, so he decides he is going to bet weed instead. He pulls out a big ole’ sack of mary jane and slaps it down right on the table. Needless to say he was quickly arrested. Watch the clip. I vote this guy biggest dumbass of the year.
